Specialist powder primers are the first layer in the RIMCO aluminum wheel renovation system. They are based on epoxy and polyester resins for electrostatic painting and have very good adhesion to aluminum surfaces. Having excellent flow they are very good at filling imperfections and penetrating hard-to-reach places. They also have degassing ability of the substrate, such as aluminum castings. In addition they are very stable in varnish ovens (with a high resistance to overheating). Curing conditions - 160 degrees C / 10 min.
